This rubber lining fire hose is expertly crafted with a polyester jacket and rubber lining. The polyester jacket features warp in polyester staple and weft in polyester filament, while the natural rubber lining provides exceptional flexibility and high-pressure resistance. It is designed to offer excellent resistance to rolling and aging. Thanks to a special adhesive applied between the jacket and rubber, the adhesive strength is significantly enhanced, ensuring the rubber lining remains intact even after prolonged use.

1) The lining of the fire hose is available in PVC, Rubber, or Copy Rubber.
The jacket of the fire fighting hose is woven with high-intensity polyester filament or polyester short-fiber, available in twill or plain designs.
2) Special adhesives (solid or liquid) are used to strengthen the connection between the jacket and hose.
This canvas hose is soft and features a highly polished surface to reduce flow resistance.
3) The fire hose is thinner, softer, lighter, and much more convenient to handle.
4) With high-pressure resistance, low-temperature resilience, anti-corrosion, aging resistance, and wear-resistance, this hose is built to last.
